Extract from the Mission Statement
The Association was founded in August,2002 at Lugano/Switzerland by a group of Management Trainers of GUSTAV KAESER TRAINING INTERNATIONAL as a non-profit organisation based on the following principles:
1. The Associates are commited to live by defined Standards, develop their own potential, establishing relationship-networks to actively enhance their present and future oriented circle of influence. This also includes their role as business consultants.
2. Through continous exchange of information and experiences the Associates will secure and expand their level of knowledge. In accordance with their high standards of quality the Associates shall be exploring new trends in the field of further education without experimenting with the potential of human beings.
3. The Associates strive to develop a useful and applicable profile of requirements of Management Trainers in order to establish this for themselves and others.
4. The Associates are committed to promote and train young high-potentials in the field of training.
5. The importance of the Association shall be underlined by publications based on contacts with decision makers in economy, politics and education.
6. Where possible the Associates will exercise an influence over programmes of education at schools etc. in order to enhance the social competence of young people to enable them to develop a significant understanding towards other human beings of different multicultural backgrounds.
7. The Associates will act as teachers at private and public institutions where possible.
8. New Associates will have to fullfil the following conditions:
- Practised as a successful Management Trainer for at least 5 years
- Fluency of at least one foreign language
- Acknowledgement of the principles of the Association
- They are unanimously accepted by the existing Associates.
9. Honorary Memberships and Part Memberships may be assigned to interested parties. Their duties and their rights will have to be defined by the Associates individually.
